Renowned South African rapper, Malome Vector (Bokang Moleli), has tragically passed away in a car accident in the Free State on Wednesday evening

He was traveling with collaborators Lizwi Wokuqala and Puleng Phoofolo when the accident occurred.
His former record label, Ambitiouz Entertainment, confirmed the news, expressing deep condolences to his loved ones and industry peers.
The Free State Department of Health reported three fatalities at the scene, with two others injured.
Malome Vector was en route to Lesotho to shoot a music video when the vehicle collided with a heavy motor vehicle, possibly due to a burst tire.
The exact cause is under investigation. Malome Vector rose to fame after moving to Johannesburg in 2020 and signing with Ambitiouz Entertainment.
He won a South African Music Award in 2021 and released his debut album “Karabo” in 2022, featuring notable artists.
Earlier this year, he released a seven-track EP titled “1964”. His passing has sent shockwaves through the music industry, and he will be deeply missed.
