The Honourable Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources in Lagos state, Hon, Tokunbo Wahab has reacted to a video of Ola of Lagos, teaching car spotters the right way to spot cars in Lagos
In the video, Ola was seen showing them the way at the Ikoyi roundabout, with the spotters listening attentively,
But the commissioner was fast to react, reminding them, what the law states in Lagos.
He reminded them that car spotting is a breach of privacy and will not be tolerated by the State Government.
Recall last week during an interview, the State Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat disclosed that the state government has begun arresting individuals accused of stopping luxury vehicles and causing a nuisance along the Lekki axis.
Reaching now on X, Wahab stated;
”You can do your car spotting without constituting a nuisance or obstructing the road in any way. You are welcome to visit car lots and engage in your car-spotting activities there.
”However, staying on the road for this purpose will not be allowed in any way.
”Aside from being a nuisance, it is also a breach of privacy and will not be tolerated by the State Government.
