Chime Chinedu Abumchukwu, founder of Ou Travel and Tour, has publicly accused Nollywood actress and producer Omoni Oboli of using his work without permission

Abumchukwu claims that Oboli used video clips from Awka, Amawbia, and Osumenyi in her movie “Love In Every Word” without proper credit.
Abumchukwu’s accusation comes after Oboli’s movie was taken down from YouTube due to a copyright infringement claim by another user, Chinonso Obiora Skyberry.
Abumchukwu clarified that he was not the one who made the initial claim, but in investigating the matter, he discovered that his own work had been used in Oboli’s film.
Abumchukwu is demanding that Oboli acknowledge and respect intellectual properties, give him proper credit for his work, and promote the rich cultural heritage of Nigeria.
Despite the infringement, Abumchukwu stated that he is honored that his work was used in Oboli’s movie.
Dear @Omonioboli,
Huge congratulations on getting your movie back online! I'm beyond thrilled for you.
