Lawyer Deji Adeyanju has revealed that despite being granted bail, VeryDarkMan’s phone and car remain in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)
Adeyanju, who represented VeryDarkMan, stated that there were no conditions attached to the bail, and he had undertaken to produce VeryDarkMan whenever required.
He wrote: “Despite everything that has happened, I still like the EFCC Chairman. And there was no condition for VDM’s bail.
“I was the one who applied for his bail, and I made an undertaking to produce him anytime he is needed. His phone and car are still with EFCC.”
VeryDarkMan was arrested by the EFCC over allegations of money laundering.
