BBNaija star Vee has spoken out against the growing trend of recording and posting people online without their consent, saying the practice has become far too common
Sharing her thoughts on X, Vee wrote: “Surveillance is at an all time high. Anyone can post you online as soon as you leave your home. I can’t believe we’ve normalised this.”
An X user, FINE WINE, suggested that such attention is: “one of the perks that comes with being a celebrity,”
She disagreed, insisting that the issue affects everyday people just as much as public figures, saying: “Firstly, it’s not a perk. Secondly, celebrities aren’t the only people experiencing this,”
