Okay, get this! American reality TV personality Victoria Gotti, daughter of infamous mob boss John Gotti, is making a desperate plea to a New York judge to keep her son Carmine Agnello out of prison
Why? He’s planning to donate a kidney to her.
District Court Judge Nusrat Choudhury, Victoria calls Carmine her “Miracle Child” and says he’s stepping up to help her because she has chronic kidney disease. She’s basically telling the judge, doing a kidney transplant behind bars would be “a major risk to his health.”
According to TMZ, Victoria’s begging for probation for Carmine’s $1.1 million COVID relief loan scam. He admitted in 2024 to fraudulently applying for three COVID relief loans for his business, Crown Auto Parts, and allegedly used $420,000 to invest in cryptocurrency.
But Victoria is selling Carmine as a saint, saying;
“He is there to help anyone. He is kind and generous to a fault. He is giving me the GIFT OF LIFE.” She even insists, “He would never do anything he KNEW was wrong.”
She’s going all in on the nostalgia too gushing that Carmine was a teacher’s pet, a respectable young man on Growing Up Gotti, and basically the poster child for good behavior.
Her filing warns that without the kidney, she could face permanent debilitation or even a terminal condition and Carmine is the only compatible donor.
The twist? Prosecutors are sticking to their guns asking for 31 to 44 months in prison plus $1.25 million in restitution. Carmine’s federal sentencing is coming up this Friday.
