West Ham United stunned Manchester United with a thrilling 2-1 victory, thanks to Jarrod Bowen’s stoppage-time penalty
Crysencio Summerville opened the scoring in the 74th minute, capitalizing on United’s wastefulness. Casemiro equalized seven minutes later, but Bowen’s 92nd-minute penalty secured the win for West Ham.
Manchester United had early opportunities, with Alejandro Garnacho hitting the crossbar in the 2nd minute and Diogo Dalot missing an open goal in the 32nd minute.
The late drama lifted West Ham to 13th place with 11 points, leapfrogging Manchester United, who remain on the same points tally in 14th.
