Terrance Gore, former MLB player and three-time World Series champion, has died at just 34.
The news was shared on Instagram by Gore and the Gap to Gap Baseball Academy: “The world lost a tremendous man last night, but more importantly a family lost a dad, a husband, a brother.”
Drafted by the Royals in 2011, Gore’s career included stops with Kansas City, Dodgers, Braves, Cubs, and Mets. Though he played only 112 MLB games, he helped teams win the 2015, 2020, and 2021 World Series.
Gore is survived by his wife Britney and their three children: Zane, Skylyn, and Camden.
A quiet hero on the field, he leaves a family and a sport in mourning.
RIP Terrance Gore.
