American rapper Rick Ross shares his favourite Blaqbonez song ahead of their upcoming collaboration

American rapper Rick Ross is showing a strong interest in African music, especially Afrobeats from Nigeria.

He’s planning to make an album featuring African artists.

Recently, Rick Ross talked with Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez on Instagram Live. He said his favorite song by Blaqbonez is ‘Bling‘, which also features Amaarae and BNXN. Ross and Blaqbonez are working on a song together for Ross’s upcoming African-themed album.

Ross has been reaching out to several African artists. He’s mentioned wanting to work with Nigerian stars like Portable, Odumodublvck, and Ayra Starr. He’s also interested in collaborating with Ghanaian artist Stonebwoy and Tanzanian singer Diamond Platinum.

This isn’t the first time he has worked with Nigerian artists. In 2011, he was featured on a song by P-Square, a famous Nigerian music duo.
