A public figure, who wishes to remain anonymous, has filed a lawsuit against attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents over 120 people who have accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of misconduct
The lawsuit was filed Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
The anonymous plaintiff, who describes themselves as a “high profile individual” with connections to Diddy, claims Buzbee attempted to extort them by threatening to release false s3xual assault allegations unless they paid a large settlement.

According to the lawsuit, Buzbee sent letters demanding payment while threatening to publicize fabricated accusations.
The plaintiff claims Buzbee’s threats included “entirely fabricated and malicious allegations of s3xual assault – including multiple incidents of r3pe of a minor, both male and female – against Plaintiff if he refuses to comply with their demands.”
The lawsuit details that Buzbee’s letters accused the plaintiff of drugging and r3ping both male and female minors at parties allegedly hosted by Diddy.

The plaintiff maintains these accusations are completely false and were designed to force a settlement to avoid public scandal.
The lawsuit points to Buzbee’s past cases, including those against NFL quarterback Deshaun Watson, suggesting a pattern of using public pressure and serious allegations to secure settlements.
It also references a case involving Green Bay Packers kicker Brandon McManus, where Buzbee allegedly made “dubious claims he knows would not stand up in court.”
In the McManus case, the s3xual assault allegations were later found to lack sufficient evidence.
Buzbee has not yet responded to this lawsuit.
