Videos: Footballer Razak Omotoyossi laid to rest

Nigerian born footballer, Razak Omotoyossi who played for Benin Republic, but lived in Nigeria, has been laid to rest

Razak d!ed on Tuesday in Lagos.

He was laid to rest this afternoon, August 21 at his home in Ayobo, Lagos State.

Razak during his career scored 21 goals in 55 appearances.

He was married to famous Nigerian actress, Boss Alao.

In May 2025, the couple celebrated their 17th year wedding anniversary with a getaway. Bose in the caption of the anniversary video, spoke about their pains, struggles in marriage and how they have decided to now make it work.

Unfortunately, barely 3 months after, the Footballer passed on.

According to our source, Razak struggled with depression, compounded by personal tragedies including a house fire in July and the loss of his sister.

These are believed to have contributed to his demise.

He was 38.
