Fast rising singer, Shoday believes Portable’s staying power in the spotlight is due to more than just his music

According to Shoday, Portable’s authenticity and unfiltered posts have made him a household name, transcending his music.
Shoday predicts it will take a while for Portable’s popularity to wane, as people are invested in his persona beyond his artistry.
He said: “Artists like Portable, before he will go down and not trend again, it will be long. Music is far beyond song. You can’t just be putting out music people need to know who you are. People need to know your personality and this person doesn’t care. He posts on Instagram like WhatsApp. When he came out people taught he was only going to trend for a year and that’s that, but till today he’s still buzzing…”
