The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Tuesday sealed a property linked to former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, in Maitama, Abuja
Operatives of the anti-graft agency, reportedly led by Folarin Dare, arrived in multiple buses and cordoned off the residence at No. 2 Koranakh Close, off Amazon Street.

Dressed in the EFCC’s signature red and black jackets and armed, the team blocked access to the building, preventing anyone from entering the premises.
The action represents the most prominent enforcement step so far in a probe dating back to Malami’s tenure as Attorney-General under former President Muhammadu Buhari, amid allegations of financial misconduct and controversial asset transactions.
