Burna Boy has addressed the viral altercation involving him and DJ Tunez, offering his own account of what transpired
In a video shared on X by his associate, Benny, the singer was seen recounting the incident to Shallipopi, dismissing claims that multiple people attacked the DJ.
Burna Boy insisted that he acted alone and claimed DJ Tunez arrived with several men who allegedly fled upon seeing him.
He also mocked the DJ for taking to social media instead of responding physically, adding that he expected intervention from his boss, Wizkid, which never happened.
He said:
“no be 10 people beat DJ Tunez, na only me and na only two slaps i give am.
i swear with my mama, if i dey lie make ogun carry my mama go anywhere wey Wizkid mama dey… Dj Tunez carry 10 men come, as dem see me na him dem run, he come go dey tweet, i think say he go send squad. na internet their own power dey. I even think say him Oga (Wizkid) go do something, na tweet him come dey tweet”
