VeryDarkMan has clarified why he stopped chanting “Tinubu Must Go” during a recent protest.
According to him, the decision was made after supporters of different presidential aspirants began joining the demonstration, which changed the direction of the gathering.
“I stopped chanting ‘Tinubu Must Go’ during my protest because supporters of different presidential aspirants had joined in. I didn’t want the protest to be hijacked or turned into a political movement. I don’t associate with that,” he said.
He explained that his intention was not to align the protest with any political camp, stressing that he wanted to avoid the situation being turned into a partisan movement.
