Nollywood actor Alexx Ekubo has been laid to rest in his hometown of Arochukwu, Abia State, with family members, friends, colleagues, and admirers gathering to pay their final respects.
The burial ceremony, held on Thursday, June 18, drew a large crowd, including entertainers, businessmen, clerics, and other dignitaries who travelled to Arochukwu to honour the late actor.
The funeral came a day after an emotional wake was held in his honour at the family residence, where relatives, close associates, and fellow actors celebrated his life and legacy.
Ekubo d!ed on May 11 after battling kidney cancer.
