The wife of late singer Destiny Boy has paid a touching tribute to her husband as she marked his posthumous birthday
Taking to her social media page, she shared an emotional message in remembrance of the singer, expressing that although the pain of his absence remains, her love for him has never diminished.
Celebrating what would have been his birthday, she wrote:
“Happy Birthday in Heaven, my love. The pain of missing you never fades, but neither does the love. Forever in my heart.”
Her heartfelt message reflected the deep bond they shared and the lasting impact the singer continues to have on her life, even after his passing.
Destiny Boy, whose real name was Afeez Adeshina, d!ed on January 17, 2026, at the age of 22. Initial reports surrounding his d.eath were unclear, prompting a police investigation and an autopsy.
The autopsy later revealed that the singer d!ed from aspiration pneumonitis caused by the ingestion of toxic substances, with harmful levels of drvgs found in his system.
