BBNaija star Chizzy Francis has advised Bella Okagbue to let go of an alleged ₦11 million debt her former lover, Sheggz is owing her.
Chizzy made the comment while addressing the situation between the former BBNaija couple, who have recently been at the centre of conversations surrounding the end of their relationship.
In his message to Bella, Chizzy stated that continuing to pursue the money could keep her emotionally connected to a relationship that has already ended.
In a post on his page, he wrote:
“Bella, please let that money go and move on. ❤️ Sometimes in a relationship, one person has to lose something for both people to gain peace. If Shegz is owing you and the relationship is already over, don’t let the debt become the reason you remain emotionally stuck. Take the loss, learn the lesson, protect your peace, and move forward. Not every money lost is worth the peace you lose chasing it. 📌”
Chizzy’s point was less about the money itself and more about what holding on to it could mean for Bella after the relationship.
He encouraged her to consider walking away from the matter if pursuing the alleged debt would keep her tied to the past, stating that sometimes gaining peace can mean accepting a financial loss.
