Singer Fola misses the days when he could go to a viewing centre and watch football like everyone else without worrying about the attention that comes with being famous.
In an interview with Cool FM, Fola spoke about how much he misses that experience and admitted that life as a celebrity comes with its challenges.
He said:
“I miss going to the viewing centre to watch football. Being a superstar is not easy. If you go to the viewing centre to watch football, you will relate.”
Fola also spoke about his love for football, mentioning his admiration for both Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. Rather than choosing one over the other, he explained that watching the game over the years has made him appreciate different things about both players.
“I’m a fan of Messi and Ronaldo. I’ve watched football to the point where I love things about both of them”, he added.
