Governor Ademola Adeleke, has received his Certificate of Return, following his victory in the just concluded Osun governorship election
The the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, presented the certificate to Adeleke in Osogbo today.
The governor’s Special Assistant on Digital Media, Olalekan Badmus, disclosed this on his official X handle.
According to Badmus, the certificate formally recognises Adeleke as the winner of the election, which held on Saturday, August 15.
Adeleke won the election after polling 511,067 votes to defeat his opponents, including Bola Oyebamiji of the All Progressives Congress, APC, who got 444,815 votes.
