Buhari Begins Five Days’ Vacation, Osinbajo To Take Over

    The president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu
    Buahri today began a five-day vacation. According to a statement signed by his
    Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, the
    President had already conveyed a letter to that effect to the President of the
    Senate, Bukola Saraki and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu
    Dogara notifying them on his vacation.
    The Vice-President, Yemi Osinbajo will be performing the
    functions of the president till he returns, the statement also said.

    Buhari is expected back in office on February 10th.
