Again, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has again cancelled another visit to a Nigerian State. The President is supposed to be at Ogoniland, Rivers State today, but it has just been announced that he won’t be making the trip and his Vice, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo will be representing him.
