Inegite Jonathan has been freed. The Bayelsa Police command today confirmed
that the 72-year old has regained his freedom and has reunited with his family
but didn’t elaborate on how he was released.

It would be recalled that Inegite was abducted from his home
on the 17th of February and has remained in their custody until now.
Sadly, his 35-year old relative who was abducted with him was killed along the
line by the kidnappers.
