Kamo State has spoken about his journey from skit making to acting and how his background in acting helped him get movie roles.
In an interview, Kamo State said:
“I only used skits making to gather my audience and originality also helped me in the movie industry and lots people started calling me for movie roles. l have always been an Actor and l have been acting as a child.
“My mum has been acting even before we were born and l used to follow her to location when l was more younger.
He also talked about how his mother raised him and his sister as a single mother.
“My mum is a single mother, she single-handedly raised myself and my sister alone.
“One thing l want Nigerians to understand is that this my new movie titled STARLOMO is going to change lots of people perspective about Kamo State.
“They are going to see me differently, not just as a skit maker but as a more Standard Actor, that you all will enjoy .
“It was my Originality that sold me in the movie industry”.
