Popular TikTok and Instagram analyst, Immunizer, has been arraigned before the Samuel Ilori Magistrate Court in Ogba, Lagos, over allegations of cyberb.ullying and defamation involving Omowunmi, the widow of late singer Mohbad.
According to reports, Immunizer was invited and subsequently detained by the police on Monday, June 22, 2026. He was brought before the court the following day to answer multiple charges related to content allegedly shared on his social media platforms.
The prosecution accused him of using his online platforms to malign, ridicule and expose Omowunmi, popularly known as Wunmi, to public ha. tred and reputational d.amage.
Following his arraignment, the court granted him bail but ordered that he remain in custody until he satisfies the conditions attached to his release.
The magistrate ruled that Immunizer must provide two sureties, each of whom must present evidence of a bank account balance of at least ₦700,000. One of the sureties must be a serving state civil servant, while the second must be a family member.
Both sureties are also required to provide proof of up-to-date tax compliance before the bail conditions can be deemed fulfilled.
The case has been adjourned pending further proceedings.
