Kanye West is facing fresh legal troubles as a former employee has filed a lawsuit accusing the rapper of inappropriate behavior and anti-Semitism.
The lawsuit, obtained by ‘TMZ‘, was filed by Murphy Aficionado, who alleges that West, 47, subjected him to disturbing conduct during a meeting at a Beverly Hills hotel in November 2022.

Aficionado claims that upon entering the room, West was “shirtless and out of breath with his pants unbuttoned,” while West’s wife, Bianca Censori, 29, was “topless with her hands barely covering her breasts,” making it clear they had just engaged in sexual activity.
The suit also alleges that during the meeting, West made anti-Semitic comments, referring to Candace Owens’ former lawyer as a “Jewish spy.”
Aficionado further claims that West abruptly left the meeting, ran to the room where Censori was, and instructed him not to leave.
Moments later, Aficionado says he heard “loud moaning and clapping,” indicating the couple was engaging in sex again.
These allegations come shortly after another lawsuit accused West of “hiring a fixer” to follow Censori.
West has yet to respond to these latest claims.
