Grace Jabbari, a British dancer, has dismissed her federal lawsuit against actor Jonathan Majors, 35, according to Variety.
This development comes nearly a year after Majors was convicted of two misdemeanor assault counts in December.

The legal action coincides with a recent personal milestone for Majors, who revealed his engagement to Meagan Good during the 2024 Ebony Power 100 event.
Prior to his legal troubles, Majors had been on a successful career trajectory, including a role as the villain in Marvel’s Kang Dynasty.
However, the studio dropped him following his conviction and canceled the film.
Neither Majors nor Jabbari have publicly commented on the lawsuit’s dismissal.
