The drama began after VDM publicly addressed President Tinubu, expressing frustration over the state of the economy and warning that he could be remembered like former President Muhammadu Buhari if things don’t improve.

In defense of the president, Portable lashed out at VDM saying:

“VeryDarkMan, it won’t be well with you. Before, you used to drink sachet water, but since Tinubu came in, you’re now drinking bottled water. That shows he is working as a president.”

VDM wasting no time has now fired back with a scathing response.

Referring to a 2020 video of Portable allegedly being caught and beaten for attempting to steal a tricycle (keke), VDM said:

“Portable, look at your video from 2020 when you went to steal a keke. See how badly you were beaten. You’re insulting me, someone who already owned a car and keke since 2020. You claimed I only bought them under Tinubu’s regime. I don’t blame you.”

He accused Portable of being used by politicians to peddle propaganda:

“You, who once tried to steal a keke, can now be paid by politicians to defend nonsense. I didn’t insult President Tinubu—I spoke out of pain, highlighting what Nigerians are going through, especially with insecurity.”

VDM continued by questioning how much Portable was allegedly paid:

“How much did they give you? Go and ask them how much they offered me to be on their side. The government doesn’t rate Nigerians, which is why they’d choose someone like you to speak for them. They think Nigerians are fools.”

In a final warning, he said:

“You had the audacity to say I’m doing too much. If we ever meet one-on-one without security, I’ll use your face to clean the ground.”
