He expressed pride in Burna Boy’s accomplishments, particularly his role in popularizing Afrobeat music globally.
Regarding the altercation, Chiefpriest stated that Burna Boy’s posts were “too bad” and felt compelled to respond. He insisted that he was not looking for a fight but rather standing up for himself.
When asked about the truth behind Burna Boy’s claims, Chiefpriest denied all allegations, stating that there was “zero truth” to them. He attributed the feud to misinformation and Burna Boy’s emotional state at the time.
The interview also touched on Chiefpriest’s denied US visa applications, which he attributed to past mistakes on his forms. He expressed his desire to visit America and experience the culture.
