Nigerian singer Tems has delivered a standout performance at the grand opening ceremony of the Obama Presidential Center this evening,
The award-winning artist performed her hit song “Me & U,” captivating guests and adding a soulful Afro-fusion touch to the star-studded celebration held at the Center’s John Lewis Plaza.

Her performance comes after earlier reports confirming her participation in the highly anticipated event, which drew former U.S. Presidents Barack Obama, Joe Biden, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton, alongside top entertainers from around the world.
Tems was among a powerful roster of performers including Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen, John Legend, Jennifer Hudson, Christina Aguilera, Bono, The Edge, Common, and others, all coming together to mark the official opening of the landmark cultural and civic space.
