Lege Miami has opened up on why his video message was missing from a montage celebrating Seyi Tinubu’s 40th birthday
Lege revealed that his inability to speak fluent English led to his exemption from the birthday documentary.

“I caused it myself because I don’t speak good English,” he admitted. “If I spoke fluent English, Seyi Tinubu would have included me among those big people who speak well.”
According to him, Seyi’s team had visited his home to record his birthday wishes but later left the clip out of the final video.
“They came to my house, recorded my message, and still removed it,” Lege said. “Don’t blame Seyi; it’s not his fault. He’s my guy. If I packaged myself well on social media or spoke better English, they would have used it.”
He further appealed to fans to stop tagging him in posts about the incident, stressing that he bears no grudge against Seyi Tinubu.
“Stop tagging me; it’s not easy,” he added. “Seyi is not to blame because I don’t speak English well. He’s my friend, and I still love him.”
Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu, turned 40 on October 13.
